REPWRX ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the REPWRX mobile application and website, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

1. Who we are

REPWRX is operated by the REPWRX team. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can contact us at team@repwrx.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect different categories of data depending on how you use the app:

Data collected by REPWRX servers (all registered users)

• Account information — your email address, provided when you register or sign in with Google.
• Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version, collected for diagnostic purposes.
• Usage data — feature interactions used to improve the app experience.

Data stored on your device only (all users, default)

• Workout data — training programmes, exercises, sets, reps, weight, rest periods, RPE, and workout history that you log within the app.
• Health & fitness metrics — body weight, body fat percentage, and other optional metrics you choose to record.

This data is stored exclusively on your device by default and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (available on paid tiers).

Additional data collected by REPWRX servers (paid subscribers with cloud sync enabled only)

• Workout data — as described above, transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of backup and cross-device synchronisation.
• Health & fitness metrics — as described above, transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of backup and cross-device synchronisation.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the REPWRX app and its features.
• Display your training history and progress analytics.
• Synchronise your data across devices (paid tiers only).
• Respond to support requests and communications.
• Improve the app through anonymised usage analytics.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes and do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Local-first storage

All REPWRX data is stored locally on your device by default. Free tier users' workout data never leaves their device. Cloud synchronisation is an optional feature available to paid subscribers, which backs up and restores your data to REPWRX servers.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google will share your email address with us in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• MailerSend — used to send transactional emails including sign-up and password one-time passcodes. Your email address is shared with MailerSend solely for the purpose of delivering these messages, in accordance with MailerSend's Privacy Policy.
• Render — our cloud infrastructure provider, used to host the REPWRX API for account management and cloud sync. Data is stored in the EU.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days. Locally stored data on your device is not affected by account deletion and must be removed by uninstalling the app.

7. Your rights

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the following rights under data protection law:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to correct inaccurate data.
• The right to request deletion of your data.
• The right to restrict or object to processing of your data.
• The right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at team@repwrx.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

REPWRX is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
