Request Account Deletion

You can ask us to delete your REPWRX account and the data held against it at any time. This page explains how to make that request, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
1. How to request deletion
Email us from the address registered to your REPWRX account, using the subject line "Account deletion request". Sending from the registered address is how we confirm the request is genuine.
If you can no longer access the registered email address, write to us from any address and tell us the email address on the account. We may ask you for further information before we can act on the request.
2. What we delete
On receiving a valid request we permanently delete the following from REPWRX servers:
- Account information — your email address and authentication details.
- Workout data — programmes, exercises, sets, reps, weights and workout history, where these have been synchronised to our servers.
- Health & fitness metrics — body weight, body fat percentage and any other metrics you have recorded, where these have been synchronised to our servers.
3. Data stored on your device
REPWRX is local-first: by default your training data is stored on your device and is never sent to our servers. Deleting your account does not remove that local data. To remove it, uninstall the REPWRX app from your device.
4. How long it takes
We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it, in line with our Privacy Policy. We will email you to confirm once it is done.
5. This cannot be undone
Account deletion is permanent. Once your data has been removed we cannot restore it. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, so cancel it there first or you'll keep being charged. If you only want to stop receiving emails from us, contact us instead and we will remove you from our mailing list without deleting your account.
